Cold milling machines
Asphalt and concrete pavements can be cost-effectively removed with WIRTGEN cold milling machines. The range of applications extends from the complete removal of asphalt and concrete to the layer-by-layer removal and levelling of asphalt and concrete surfaces. With WIRTGEN cold milling machines, it is possible to machine working widths from 35 cm up to 4.40 m and working depths up to 35 cm in a single pass. In addition, a large number of different milling drums, such as ECO cutters or fine milling drums, ensure that machines can be used with a high degree of flexibility.
Recyclers and soil stabilizers
WIRTGEN cold recyclers are used to prepare asphalt pavement on site. In this process, the existing pavement is granulated with the milling and mixing rotor and prepared by adding precise amounts of bituminous binding agents, cement and water. The result is a homogeneous material that can be used to directly repave the surface. WIRTGEN soil stabilizers use the milling and mixing rotor to mix pre-spread binding agents such as lime or cement into the existing, less stable soil and transform it into a high-quality material directly on site.
Binding agent spreaders
Spreading large quantities of binding agents while adhering to the specified accuracy at the same time is of paramount importance in both soil stabilization and cold recycling. The sophisticated binding agent spreaders from Streumaster meet these requirements with superior ease. In addition, our comprehensive product portfolio takes due account of both different performance requirements and the availability of tractor vehicles. The binding agent spreaders from Streumaster are therefore on offer in various model designs: as at-tachment units, trailers, built-up units for mounting on a carrier vehicle, or self-propelled spreading machines.
WIRTGEN offset slipform pavers are used to produce monolithic concrete profiles such as protective concrete walls, kerb profiles, gutters or narrow paths. Thanks to numerous options, such as for concrete feeding or slipforming, offset slipform pavers are extremely versatile. WIRTGEN inset slipform pavers cost-effectively produce concrete pavements, such as for motorways, arterial roads, runways or railway lines. In addition to single-layer concrete paving, bottom-layer and top-layer concrete can also be paved synchronously in two layers ‘wet on wet’.
Surface Miners and Cross Application Miners
Ruggedly-built WIRTGEN Surface Miners are used for the extraction of a wide range of primary resources by cutting in open cast mines. Thanks to selective extraction, they achieve high degrees of material quality and enable optimal exploitation of mineral deposits. WIRTGEN Cross Application Miners are purpose-built for frequently changing applications, particularly in the course of larger infrastructure projects. These machines therefore differ to some extent in terms of features, equipment and size and are therefore also easier to transport.
VÖGELE product range is divided into two lines: the Classic Line and the Premium Line. The Classic Line is for pavers equipped with the particularly easy-to-use ErgoBasic operating concept. The Premium Line comprises all pavers that feature cutting-edge technology and advanced mechanical engineering. Premium Line products are all equipped with the ErgoPlus 3 operating concept. The two product lines are divided into up to five different classes: Mini Class, Compact Class, Universal Class, Highway Class and Special Class.
The screed is the heart of each road paver. From the engineering point of view, it is the crucial component deciding whether the paving job will be a success or not. VÖGELE is committed to the manufacture of prime quality screeds which stand out with their high level of reliability and cutting-edge screed technology. VÖGELE extending screeds, with their outstanding adaptability, are ideal for paving in varying widths and on winding roads. VÖGELE fixed-width screeds demonstrate their strengths wherever pavements need to be built in large widths up to 18 m, true to line and level.
A feeder is essential to the economical achievement of consistently high-quality results, especially on large-scale job sites. With the MT 3000-3 Standard PowerFeeder and the MT 3000-3 Offset PowerFeeder, VÖGELE offers cutting-edge technology that sets standards in modern road construction - both in terms of quality and economic efficiency.
The HAMM product range covers articulated soil compactors ranging from 5 to 25 t for soil and landfill compaction. You can choose between soil compactors with smooth drums, pad-foot drums, VIO drums (vibration and oscillation) or VC drums (vibration crusher).
With articulated and pivot-steered tandem rollers of between 1.5 and 14 t, HAMM is offer-ing a large range of machines for practically any application in asphalt construction for all markets. This includes double vibration rollers (VV), rollers with vibration and oscillation drums (VO, VO-S), combination rollers (VT, VT-S, OT) vibration rollers with split drums (VV-S) and rollers with split vibration and oscillation drums (VS-OS).
Pneumatic tyre rollers
HAMM offers pneumatic tyre rollers with an operating weight of between 8 and 28 t (depending on ballasting) for all markets. The pneumatic tyre rollers are suitable for earthwork and asphalt construction.
Mobile jaw crushers
The KLEEMANN crushing plants in the MOBICAT series (MC) are used for pre-crushing of almost all natural stone and for recycling. The output of the MOBICAT crushing plants, however, is not determined by the jaw crusher alone, but rather the optimised interaction all components plays a decisive role. The focus is also increasingly on cost and environmental consciousness, availability of the plants, versatility and quality of the final product.
Mobile cone crushers
The KLEEMANN mobile MOBICONE cone crushers (MCO) are used in medium-hard to hard and abrasive natural stone as well as for raw material preparation in mining applications. The cone crushers delivery top quality cubic final grain sizes in the 2nd and 3rd crushing stage. The MOBICONE plants are available in different sizes and for various applications. The cone crushers are particularly suitable for linking with primary crushers and screening plants.
Mobile impact crushers
The KLEEMANN mobile MOBIREX impact crushers (MR) are used in soft to medium-hard natural stone and in recycling. The performance of the plants is impressive - not just in terms of pure volume reduction. The focus today is on cost and environmental awareness, availability, versatility and, above all, the quality of the end-product to be achieved. The MOBIREX plants crush stone so efficiently that the grain shape, grain size distribution and cleanness comply with the strict standards for concrete and asphalt aggregates.
Mobile screening plants
The KLEEMANN MOBISCREEN mobile screening plants (MS) are used for screening almost all natural stone and in recycling. The classifying and scalping screens are available with two or three decks, with hydraulic or diesel-electric drives. The areas of application of the MOBISCREEN plants are multifaceted. A large number of suitable screen surfaces are available for achieving the different final grain sizes and for different feed material.
The KLEEMANN mobile stackers MOBIBELT (MBT, MBW) are used to improve tipping onto conical or kidney-shaped stockpiles. The direct material transport from the crushing or screening plant to the dedicated stockpile means that additional material movements with the wheel loader can be avoided. This reduces operating costs, increases operational reliability and efficiency.
